Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our refund, non appearance, and cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. We'll be happy to help you!

Optional Travel Insurance is available from St.Cloud Travel. This will fully refund all your cruise cabin and air travel costs if you must cancel your cruise due to health or covered emergency reasons.

Without insurance, your cruise fare and event fee are fully refundable for any reason until 70 days prior to the cruise—in other words, up to July 1, 2008. After July 1, 2008, cabin refunds are subject to Carnival Cruise Line policy. This means that only 50% of payments are refunded, up until August 1, 2008. After August 1, 2008, no refunds are granted.

Terms and conditions explained in the paragraphs below:

We've made every attempt to make sure this event will happen as advertised. As with any event, some of our advertised guests may find they cannot attend due to professional contractual agreements or unexpected personal emergencies. Rex Mundi Productions is not responsible for any such cancelations.

If anything for any reason prevents any guests from appearing, we will make an effort to find another special celebrity guest to participate in this cruise in their place. If a replacement is not found, we may choose to cancel that person's appearance without any further refund of full or partial event fees to you.

All cabin fare refunds are subject to the conditions and policies published by the cruise line. See the cruise line's web site for details. Cabin fare is fully refundable up to 70 days before the cruise departure date. After 70 days before the cruise, your cabin deposit is not refunded. After July 1, 2008 and to August 1, 2008, 50% of the cruise fare is not refunded. No cabin refunds are given for cancellations that occur after August 1, 2008 of the cruise.

All refunds for cabin fare are the resonsiblity of Carnival Cruise Line, and can be requested through our booking agency, St. Cloud Travel.

Event fee refunds are the responsibility of Rex Mundi Productions. Most refunds will be paid within 30 days of the request. In some rare cases, refunds may not be fully paid until up to 90 days after the cruise. Service and handling fees, and other costs we or any of our partners deem nonrecoverable are not refundable.

No refunds for cabin or event fees are given after the cruise sets sail.

Refunds for seminars or workshops given by individual guests on the cruise are the responsibility of the guest receiving payment for that event. Carnival, Rex Mundi Productions, or St.Cloud Travel are not responsibility for any refunds for such seminars, workshops, or other events; or for any books, autographs, photos or merchandise sold by our cruise guests. Refunds for these items are solely the responsibility of the guest selling those items, according to terms they set.
